By Tony Hanson

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has announced it will hear the case of Monsignor William Lynn, whose conviction on felony child endangerment was overturned on appeal (See Previous Story).

Lynn was serving a three to six year sentence when the lower appeals court ruled he was wrongly convicted for his handling of sexual abuse complaints.

The D.A. appealed that ruling.

There is no scheduled yet for arguments in the case.
