PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – This is the perfect time to begin an exercise program because the weather is warming and the days are getting longer but many people also feel the pressure of the summer and bathing suit season right around the corner. As a result, the training program might get moving too fast too soon and the best exercise program can be thwarted by a hamstring pull or any number of sprains or strains.

If you are runner you also need to make certain you take common sense steps like wearing proper shoes, socks that help keep your feet dry and a good running surface.
