Busy Road In NE Philadelphia Reopens After Major Water Main Break In December

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Philadelphia Water Department has finished repairs on a broken water main and street damage that occurred at Frankford and Torresdale Avenues back on December 23, 2013. (See Previous Story)

As of Wednesday at 3:00 p.m., Frankford Avenue at Torresdale Avenue is fully open to all traffic.

The Water Department says businesses that have been impacted will receive a letter informing them of completion.
