Police Issue Arrest Warrant For Collingdale Hit And Run Suspect

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Delaware County authorities have issued an arrest warrant for the driver of a hit-and-run vehicle that they say deliberately hit a Collingdale man early Saturday morning. (See Previous Story)
Authorities say they're looking for Conroy Williams of Philadelphia.
They say he was behind the wheel of an SUV that hit 36-year-old Joel Witherspoon early Saturday morning in the 900 block of Bedford Avenue in the borough as Witherspoon was preparing to get into his car.
Investigators say Witherspoon remains in Crozer-Chester Medical Center where he's being treated for multiple injuries.
