PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – City of Philadelphia employees who work at 1515 Arch Street are getting an unexpected day off today.

A security guard in the building reports a water pipe burst on the 5th floor of the 18 story building, shorting out the elevator system.

The Department of Human Services and other departments are stationed there.

Crews have been dispatched to make repairs. It’s hoped repairs and clean-up will be completed Wednesday.
