North Philadelphia Shooting Leaves Man in Critical Condition

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man is in critical condition after a shooting in North Philadelphia Wednesday night.
It happened on the 700 block of East Willard Street at 9 p.m.
Police say a 19-year-old man was shot four times, twice in the back and twice in the right forearm.
He was taken to Temple University Hospital.
No word on what led to the shooting and police say there have been no arrests.
