Camden County Teacher Pleads Guilty To Having Inappropriate Sexual Communications With 17 Students

PINE HILL, NJ (CBS) – A middle school art teacher and soccer coach from Camden County has admitted to having inappropriate sexual communications with 17 male students over the course of five years.

Charles Reilly, 45, pleaded guilty Wednesday to the charges, which stemmed from inappropriate communications he had with more than a dozen victims between 12 and 16 years old.

During the conversations, Reilly allegedly asked the students to bring semen stained tissues to school so he could make art projects with them.

Reilly was arrested after a Camden County detective posed as one of Reilly's students online during the investigation.

Reilly pleaded guilty to three counts of Official Misconduct, 17 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child and a count of Attempted Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He's expected to be sentenced in July 2014.
