PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Just before 4pm on Sunday, 22nd District Police responded to calls reporting gunshots at Oxford and Gratz streets in North Philadelphia.

When police arrived, they found a boy, 11, with a gunshot wound in his right hip.

According to police, the 11 year old victim was playing basketball with several friends when he was struck by a stray bullet. After he was shot, he ran into a house and collapsed.

At least 15 other shots were fired.
