1 Injured After Car Slams Into Northeast Philly Dunkin’ Donuts

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — One person was taken to the hospital after a car slammed into a donut store in Northeast Philadelphia Tuesday morning.

The incident happened at the Dunkin’ Donuts located in the 8900 block of Frankford Avenue.

Chopper 3 HD was over the scene where it showed a sedan that crashed through a side glass window. The car also struck and took down part of a concrete wall.

Investigators say the driver was taken to Aria Health’s Torresdale Hospital in stable condition. There were no other injuries reported.

The incident remains under investigation.
