Glick says the main point of her book argues for the incorporation of Palestine into Israel.

"The problem here is the Palestinian leadership. It's the P.L.O. and Hamas. They won't accept a Jewish State. They never have; they never will. So if we want to stabilize the situation -- if we want to have this great life be extended to everybody -- then the only way we can do it is by abandoning the two state formula," she explained.

Glick said Israeli citizens have a firm resolve when it comes to attaining a peace settlement with the Palestinians and will not be bullied into a bad deal.

"Israelis, we're optimistic. We've lived through reality. We're not in a fantasy land anymore. We tried it in the 1990s. We took a break from reality when we tried to embrace the P.L.O. and it worked out so horribly that we ended up with over 1,000 people murdered and 10,000 people maimed by terrorist attacks. We're not going back there," she stated.

Glick believes a rise in the number of Arabs joining the Israeli military can be attributed to the prosperity they see in Israel.

"We are having more and more Arabs in Israel who are volunteering to defend the Israeli army because they recognize their state is wonderful and they want to defend it. Even though they're Arabs, they say 'look at what is happening all around us,' in Lebanon and Syria, and Egypt and Jordan and Iraq. There's no doubt that the only country that will protect us as Christians, or even as Muslims, is Israel. So you see more and more volunteerism among Israeli Arabs, not just among Israeli Jews -- that's how extraordinary Israel's success has become."
