PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A jack-knifed tractor trailer along I-95 snarled traffic in Philadelphia early Monday morning.

The big rig jack-knifed at about 5 a.m. in the northbound lanes of I-95 near the Washington Avenue exit.

Shortly after the accident, one lane of traffic was able to squeeze by, but crews shutdown the lanes entirely around 6 a.m. to clean-up the accident scene. All lanes were re-opened at about 6:30 a.m.
