PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - On today's APP-tastic and outta SITE - Whisper.

Whisper might be the most popular app you've never heard of - but that's a problem if you're a parent. Marketed as a social "confessional" app, it blends user posts with pictures.

Many, many of those users use it to try to hook up with someone nearby, though. The images, meanwhile, rely heavily on lingerie-clad models and shirtless men. And the language is raw. It is an app that is entirely unsuitable for children.

That's the Whisper app.
