Galloway's 10 3's Lead St. Joe's Past Fordham 87-72

PHILADELPHIA (AP) — Langston Galloway made 10 3-pointers, setting a school single-game record, en route to a career-high 33 points to lead St. Joseph's over Fordham 87-72 on Saturday.

Galloway hit 10 of 15 from beyond the arc as St. Joe's shot 59 percent from the floor and 52 percent on 3-pointers. DeAndre Bembry and Ronald Roberts, Jr. both had 13 points and Halil Kanacevic added 10.

St. Joe's (19-7, 9-3 Atlantic 10) scored the first seven points of the game, including a trey by Bembry, and the Hawks led 42-30 at the break as Bembry had all of his 13 points before intermission.

Galloway took over in the second, as his seven 3-pointers through the first 10 minutes stretched St. Joe's lead to 71-42, and the Hawks cruised home from there.

Bryan Smith recorded a career-high 28 points to lead Fordham (9-16, 2-10). Jon Severe added 12 for the Rams.
