  • Abington (Montgomery County), Pa. has a snow emergency in effect through 10am Friday.
  • Bensalem Township (Bucks County) has declared a disaster emergency.
  • Bristol Township (Bucks County):  disaster emergency in effect.
  • Burholme Civic Association has canceled tonight's 7pm meeting.
  • Caernarvon Township (Berks County), Pa., has declared a snow emergency through Saturday morning.
  • Carousel House, in Fairmount Park, is closed.
  • Chalfont Borough Administrative Offices are closed.
  • Chandler Hall, in Newtown, Pa., is closed for today.
  • Cheltenham Township (Montgomery County): snow emergency. No trash collection, all libraries closed, all township evening meetings and activities are canceled. Government Day on Friday is also canceled.
  • Chester County Adult Care is closed.
  • Chester County government offices are closed today.
  • Chester State Correctional Institution: all visitation canceled.
  • Coatesville (Chester County), Pa. has a snow emergency in effect through 6pm Friday.
  • Collegeville (Montgomery County), Pa.: snow emergency through noon Friday.
  • Conshohocken (Montgomery County), Pa. has declared a snow emergency.
  • Delaware County, Pa. has declared a state of emergency.  The county courthouse, government center, and county offices are closed today (updated announcement).
  • Deptford Golden Age Club in Deptford, NJ has canceled Thursday's meeting.
  • Dublin Borough (Bucks County) declares winter Storm Emergency effective until snow has been cleared.
  • East Greenville (Montgomery County) has declared a snow emergency.
  • Elder-Net, in Bryn Mawr (Montgomery County) is closed.
  • Esperanza Health Center in North Philadelphia has closed all three locations today.
  • Falls Township (Bucks County) has declared a snow emergency through 9am Saturday. No vehicles are to be left parked on any street during this time period.
  • Franconia Township (Montgomery County) has a snow emergency through noon Saturday.
  • Franklin Institute is closed.
  • Glassboro Municipal Court has cancelled court sessions.
  • Gloucester County Courthouse is closed.
  • Greater Philadelphia Health Action Inc. is closed.
  • Greater Plymouth Community Center, in Plymouth Meeting, Pa., is closed today.
  • Hatboro (Montgomery County), Pa.: snow emergency declared.
  • Hatfield (Montgomery County), Pa., has declared a snow emergency.
  • Haverford Township (Delaware County), Pa., has instituted a snow emergency.
  • Habitat for Humanity in Philadelphia is closed.
  • Handi - Crafters in Thorndale is closed
  • Holy Family University has canceled the Mission Core Values Awards program and Tuskegee Airmen presentation.
  • Honey Brook Borough (Chester County), Pa., has declared a snow emergency through 6am Friday.

  • Independence National Historic Park attractions are closed today.
  • Kennedy Health System has canceled its breastfeeding support group, "Time for Mom," and childbirth education classes.
  • Kennett Square borough has a snow emergency through 6am Friday.

  • Lower Frederick Township (Montgomery County) has declared a snow emergency ending 9am Friday.

  • Lower Moreland (Montgomery County): snow emergency through noon Friday.
  • Lower Providence Township (Montgomery County) has declared a snow emergency through 8pm Friday.
  • Lower Southampton (Bucks County): snow emergency declared.
  • Montgomery and Norristown Public Library closed.
  • Montgomery County Courthouse and non-essential county offices are closed.
  • Montgomery Township (Montgomery County), Pa. has declared a snow emergency.
  • Mount Airy United Fellowship has canceled Thursday and Friday services.
  • Mount Holly (NJ) Municipal Court is closed.
  • Much Food Pantry, in Bryn Mawr (Montgomery County) is closed today.
  • Nemours DuPont Pediatrics has cancelled all outpatient appointments in New Castle County DE, PA and NJ.
  • New Britain Township (Bucks County): Storm emergency in effect though 9pm Friday. Parking ban on township roadways instituted until further notice.
  • New Castle County government is closed today due to snow except for essential personnel, who must still report.
  • New Jersey state of emergency declared statewide.
  • Newtown Township (Bucks County): snow emergency through noon Sunday.  Emergency operation center will be open as of 6am Thursday.
  • Norristown Public Library closed.
  • North Light Community Center, in Manayunk, is closed.  All activities canceled.
  • North Wales (Montgomery County), Pa. has declared a snow emergency through 8pm Friday.
  • Ocean City, NJ has declared a snow emergency.
  • Pennsylvania Department of Health Bureau of Laboratories is closed.
  • Perkiomen Township (Montgomery County), Pa. has declared a snow emergency.
  • Philadelphia has a snow emergency in effect.  All cars parked along snow emergency routes must be moved.  See trash collection announcement below.
  • Philadelphia Courts are closed today.
  • Philadelphia Prison System has canceled inmate visits.
  • Phoenixville Hospital has postponed today's Cardiac Connect Network, Instant CPR, and Car Seat Safety programs.
  • Phoenixville Nar-Anon has canceled tonight's meeting at St. John's Lutheran Church.
  • Pottstown (Montgomery County), Pa.: snow emergency.
  • Pottstown Family Services Meals on Wheels: no meal deliveries.
  • Ringling Bros. Circus has canceled its Thursday evening and Friday morning performances in South Philadelphia.  Ticketholders may obtain refunds through the outlet where they obtained the tickets.
  • Royersford (Montgomery County), Pa. has declared  a snow emergency.
  • Salem County, NJ: Mid-County Municipal Court is closed.
  • Salem County, NJ Courthouse is closed.
  • SarahCare Adult Daycare Center in Jenkintown is closed for the day.
  • Schwenksville, Pa. has issued a snow emergency through Friday at 9am.
  • Septa CCT service is suspended except for dialysis and other medical appointments.
  • Social Security Administration has closed its midatlantic center and all Philadelphia metro offices.
  • Solebury Township (Bucks County): snow emergency through 1am Friday.
  • Stratford (NJ) Municipal Court: today's 1pm session canceled.
  • Telford Borough (Montgomery County): snow emergency through 6pm Friday.
  • Temple University Physicians offices is closed.
  • Towamencin Township, Pa. has declared a snow emergency.
  • Tredyffrin Township (Chester County): snow emergency through 6am Friday.
  • Upper Dublin Township (Montgomery County)has declared a snow emergency.
  • Upper Gwynedd Township (Montgomery County), Pa. has declared a snow emergency.
  • Upper Merion Township (Montgomery County): snow emergency through 6pm Friday.
  • Wes Health System will open offices at 11am.
  • West Conshocken (Montgomery County): snow emergency in effect through 8pm Friday.
  • West Deptford (NJ) Library is closed today.
  • West Norriton Township (Montgomery County): snow emergency through noon Friday.
  • West Pottsgrove Township (Montgomery County), Pa. has a snow emergency in effect until noon Friday.
  • Westampton (Burlington County), NJ police department has canceled municipal court.
  • West Deptford Library is closed.
  • Whitpain Township has declared a snow emergency.
  • Wilmington city government is closed.
  • Woodmere Art Museum is closed today.

In Philadelphia: Trash collections are suspended Thursday and Friday. Despite Monday being a holiday, trash will be collected.  Also, no rear driveway collections next week; residents must set materials at the curb for pickup.
In Wilmington: Sanitation collection scheduled for Thursday on the east of I-95 and for Friday on the west of I-95 is canceled.
