CAMDEN, N.J., (CBS) – Authorities in Camden County are asking for the public’s help in identifying a body found off Interstate 676 in December.

The remains of an 18 to 25-year-old male were found at about 4 p.m. on Dec. 20th, off I-676 near the intersection of Morgan Boulevard and Broadway in Camden.

The remains were found in a red trash bin.  Detectives are seeking information from anyone who recognizes this bin, and can provide information on where it came from.

Authorities say the man stood five feet, seven inches tall, weighed 150 to 175 pounds and had extensive dental work, including four crowned front teeth. He was found wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt.

The man’s cause of death is still pending.
