Van Collides With 4 Parked Cars, Flips Over
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)—Police are responding to an incident on Rockland Street where a driver in a van hit four parked cars and then fled the scene.
The van flipped on its side on a nearby sidewalk.
One person was transported to Einstein Hospital.
The condition of the driver is unknown at this time.
