PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – There’s officially no excuse to ignore your New Year’s resolution to go to the gym, because Sweat Fitness is offering free classes at two locations this January.
In Manayunk, non-members can try out Acrobatic Yoga with instructor Eric every Saturday in January at 11 a.m. The class blends acrobatics with yoga’s traditional body alignment and breathing exercises and there’s no partner or yoga experience necessary.
In the city, Sweat in Fitler Square will be holding gratis cycling classes on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in January at 6:30 p.m.
Fitness buffs and newbies are asked to mention that they’re there for the free class at the front desk in either location when walking in.
