Casey Kolunie, Wellness & Adult Fitness Director at the Spring Valley YMCA was here to speak, along with Zumba instructor Tammy Pappas about how participating in Zumba classes is a great way to get the heart rate going in a fun and entertaining way.

Zumba is not only a great way to get cardio, but it also presents a fun atmosphere that doesn’t make the act of “working out” a task.
