Sixers And Devils Announcement Is Not About The Sixers Moving

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Sixers and Devils are having a joint press conference tomorrow at the Prudential Center. Allen Iverson will be there, and Moses Malone will be there as well.
The natural first thought of many fans, as they have indicated to me on Twitter for the last hour, is that this has something to do with the Sixers moving to North Jersey, or playing games there. It does not. Not Central Jersey either.
The Sixers aren't moving to New Jersey.
The Devils aren't moving to Philadelphia.
Tomorrow's announcement has nothing to do with anything that should upset you as a Sixers or Devils fan. I can confirm that, and have confirmed it with a league source. Is that what people write? League source?
It is a sponsorship deal that involves both teams, and really shouldn't upset anyone at all.
We can all take a deep breath. For now!
