Sometimes the best way to lose weight is to put your money where your mouth is – instead of that doughnut. Diet Bet is a social app where you and friends pool cash as an incentive.
Whoever loses 4 percent of their starting weight in four weeks splits the pot. Along the way, there’s a message board where you can show off your fitness routine and the foods you bypassed.
