MIDDLETOWN, Pa. (CBS) – Check those tickets!

One Mega Millions ticket worth $5 million from the Friday, January 3rd drawing was sold at Pratt Check Cashing located at 1532 Pratt Street in Philadelphia.

The winning ticket correctly matched all five white balls, 22-24-25-40-70, but not the yellow Mega Ball 05.

Because the ticket was purchased with the Megaplier option and the number drawn was 05, the ticket earns a $5 million prize, less 25-percent federal withholding.

The retailer will also receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The Lottery encourages the holder of the winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County, or at any of Lottery’s seven area offices.
