Eagles Fans Weigh In On Must Win Matchup Against Cowboys

By Justin Udo

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Eagles are in Dallas tonight for a "win or go home" NFC East championship matchup against the Cowboys -- and fans in South Philadelphia are weighing in on the game.

"I think the most important player on this team right now is Nick Foles, considering the game he had against the Cowboys earlier this season.

A lot of fans gave up their pregame rituals and superstitions this week. They say their just looking at the X's and O's of the game, because they add up in the Eagles' favor.

"If they play the same way they played against Chicago, they aren't going to have a problem."

Most folks say they would be happy with just a win this week, but a few have some lofty expectations of the Birds.

"I would like to see 'Shady' break Wilbert Montgomery's record. I would like to see DeSean Jackson break Mike Quick's record and get the Eagles to win the game and get in the playoffs."

The Eagles lost to the Cowboys when they played them in Week 7, and fans say in NFL time that was light years ago.
