Man Shot Dead In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating an overnight shooting that left one man dead in West Philadelphia.
It happened around 12:45 a.m. in the 5900 block of Spruce Street.
Responding officers found a 42-year-old man shot once in the back.
The unidentified man was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police say the have no initial suspects or a motive.
