Ocean County Police Investigating Suspicious Death

EAGLESWOOD, NJ (CBS) – Police are investigating the suspicious death of an unidentified man who was found in the Stafford Forge State Forest on Sunday.

Police say two people walking a dog found the body.

While there were no obvious signs of trauma, an autopsy was not able to determine the cause and manner of death.

Police say the man had no identification and they are seeking the public's assistance to identify him. They describe the man as between 5'5" and 5'8" tall and between 130 and 165 pounds. He's believed to be of Hispanic heritage and may be between 50 and 60 years old.

In addition, police have released a sketch of the man.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office.
