Four Philadelphia Men Arrested For Possession, Distribution Of Child Pornography

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--Four men have been arrested in Philadelphia as part of an ongoing effort to target the online sharing, downloading and distribution of child pornography.

The men have been identified as Kevin Budianto, 20; Michael Turpin, 23; Bryan Biederman, 39; and James Davis, 22.

An investigation into Budianto found numerous files containing images of juvenile males engaged in sexually graphic acts and poses. It was determined the files were allegedly downloaded to and shared from Budianto's computer.

He has been charged with possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communications facility.

He was taken into custody and released on $10,000 bail.

Turpin was arrested and charged with distribution of child pornography, possession of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

Turpin was placed in Philadelphia County Prison after being unable to post bail.

Investigators found numerous files of pre-teen females engaged in sexual activity on a laptop that allegedly belonged to Biederman.

He has been charged with possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

He was committed to the Philadelphia County Prison after being unable to post bail.

James Davis

An online investigation found numerous files containing images of children under the age of 18, engaged in graphic sexual acts or poses. Agents later determined the files were allegedly downloaded to and shared from Davis's computer.

Davis is also being held in the Philadelphia County Prison, unable to post bail.

He's been charged with possession of child pornography, distribution of child pornography and criminal use of a communication facility.

The expanded Child Predator Section has made 112 arrests this year.
