CBS 3, The CW Philly 57 And CBS Radio Wrap Up 25th Annual 'Joy Of Sharing' Toy Campaign With All-Day Drive-Through Drop Off Friday, December 20

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – CBS 3, The CW Philly 57 and the CBS RADIO stations --  KYW Newsradio 1060, 98.1 WOGL, SportsRadio 94WIP, CBS Sports Radio 610 and Talk Radio 1210 WPHT -- will wrap up the stations' 25th annual Joy of Sharing toy campaign Friday, December 20 from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. with a day-long drive-through drop off collection at the CBS studios at 1555 Hamilton Street in Philadelphia.

One of the longest-running TV public service campaigns in the region, the Joy of  Sharing has provided toys for  more than 100,000 children in need over the years. The Salvation Army, which distributes the toys to less fortunate children throughout the region, will be on site that day filling the final truckload of toys just in time for the holidays. Throughout the day, corporate sponsors who have been serving as collection points since before Thanksgiving as well as viewers and last-minute shoppers will be dropping off new, unwrapped toys for local kids.

CBS 3/CW Philly's Chris May, Jessica Dean, Ukee Washington, Pat Ciarrocchi, Kathy Orr, Natasha Brown and Katie Fehlinger will be on site collecting toys during the drop off. Anthony Gargano of SportsRadio 94WIP and Michelle Durham of KYW Newsradio will also join them for the festivities along with the cast of Elf (now playing at the Walnut Street Theatre), the Salvation Army's Brass Ensemble and Choir and members of the Philadelphia Boys Choir.
