Police Locate Missing Bensalem Woman

BENSALEM, Pa., (CBS) -- Police have located a missing Bensalem woman after an extensive search Wednesday.

Leslie Neffle, 29, from the 1200 block Neshaminy Valley Drive, was last seen by her family at 8 a.m. this morning when she went outside of the home to wait for her transport bus.

Police say Neffle is special needs and is diagnosed with mild/moderate mental disability, suffers from depression/anxiety, PTSD, and is epileptic.

According to police, her bus was running late and the transport company called the family to advise on the late bus.  Her family went outside to check on Neffle at 8:20 a.m. and she was not located.

Police say Leslie was found shortly after 5 p.m. within the complex and is safe. She attempted to request entry to an apartment when the resident recognized her and called 911.
