PHILADELPHIA (CBS)–The storm has behaved as expected and is ending.

All Advisories and Warnings have been cancelled.

One last weak snow shower is moving across our area. Then skies will slowly clear.

The highest snow reports so far have been from 3-5″ across Berks, Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties.

Total snowfall amounts will range from 3-6″.

As a cold air mass rushes in tonight with lows in the 20s, wind chills will fall into the teens.

Untreated surfaces will refreeze, icy roads will be an issue.
