CHRISTIANA, Del. (CBS) – On the busiest shopping day of the year, the power was briefly out at the Christiana Mall in Delaware.
Officials say the mall’s smaller stores experienced a short power outage that began around 10 a.m. and lasted about half an hour.
The mall’s department stores were not affected.
Mall management told CBS3 that no issues were reported during the outage.
The outage is believed to have occurred inside the mall and may be linked to a fuse, according to Delmarva Power, who assisted in tracing the issue.
