Chester County Man Arrested On Child Porn Charges
HARRISBURG, Pa. (CBS) – A Chester County man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
Robert Ray Horsch, a 27-year-old man from Honey Brook, was arrested following a two-month investigation.
According to investigators, agents found numerous files containing depictions of children engaged in "extremely sexually graphic" acts and poses shared from Horsch's computer.
A subsequent search of the suspect's residence yielded an external hard drive containing images of child porn.
Horsch is now charged with two felony counts of sexual abuse of children for distributing child pornography, 10 counts of felony sexual abuse of children for possessing child pornography and one felony count of criminal use of a communication facility.
He is being held on $75,000 bail at the Chester County Prison.
