PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A jackpot-winning Cash 5 ticket worth $700,000 was sold in Berks County.

Officials say the winning ticket correctly matched all five balls, 01-02-08-17-42, to win a jackpot of $700,000.

The ticket was sold at Redner’s Quick Shoppe, 1137 Commons Blvd., Reading, Berks County.

The retailer will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

The Pa. Lottery urges the person with the winning ticket to sign the back of the ticket, call the Lottery at 717-702-8146 and file a claim at any of Lottery’s seven area offices or at Lottery headquarters in Middletown, Dauphin County.
