Philly Fans Say Sixers’ Brown Most Impressive Local Coach

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Each Philadelphia major sports team has a new head coach, and fans are starting to develop opinions on each of them.

Chip Kelly has the Eagles off to a 4-5 start, despite dealing with injuries at the quarterback position.

Brett Brown has led the Sixers to an improbable 3-1 start, shocking even himself.

Craig Berube, since taking over for Peter Laviolette after only three games this season, has led the Flyers to a disappointing four wins in 11 games.

Ryne Sandberg took over last season as Phillies interim manager, after Charlie Manuel was fired in August. On September 22nd, Sandberg was named permanent manager and will begin his first full season as Phillies manager in April.

The WIP Morning Show asked, “Which coach/manager are you most impressed with so far?” 57% said Sixers coach, Brett Brown.
