By Hadas Kuznits
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Those with adventurous tastes may be interested in a fundraising gala this weekend on the Ben Franklin Parkway.
The Academy of Natural Sciences of Drexel University holds its second annual museum fundraiser this Saturday, which they call "Cuisine from the Collections."
"Cuisine from the Collections is a really unique party," Heather Hahn Sullivan said. "We'll be having all sorts of food and drink inspired by the 18 million specimens in our collections."

Hahn Sullivan is the senior manager of sponsorship and events.
"Insects will be in the dessert course, we have chocolate covered crickets and then cinnamon fried mealworms," she said.
Some of those preparing the food, as Hahn Sullivan points out, are well-celebrated chefs:
"We're featuring bite-sized hors d'oeuvres from three local chefs. Those are Peter Whitley from the Four Seasons, Steve Eckerd from Le Bec Fin and Al Paris from Heirloom in Chestnut Hill."
