Sixers Sign Rookie Free Agent Brandon Davies
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The Sixers signed rookie free-agent Brandon Davies, the team announced Monday.
Davies, 22 years old, is from Philadelphia, and played for BYU, where he averaged 17.7 points and 8.1 rebounds per game in his senior season. Davies averaged 15.2 and 7.7 rebounds during his junior season at BYU. Davies shot 52% from the field during his four-year college career.
Davies was named All-West Coast Conference First Team as a junior and a senior at Brigham Young University.
