New Jersey Man Sentenced To 13 Years For Distributing Child Porn

TRENTON, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey man who authorities said used a home computer to distribute child pornography, including images of infants, has been sentenced to 13 years in prison.

U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman said Wednesday that 35-year-old Arthur Frazer Jr., of Lanoka Harbor was sentenced Wednesday in federal court in Trenton. He was also ordered to pay $7,000 in restitution.

Frazer pleaded guilty previously to a count of distribution of child pornography.

Fishman says the FBI's Child Exploitation Task Force lead the investigation that resulted in Wednesday's sentencing.

Prosecutors say Frazer admitted to distributing images of infant child pornography via email using a home computer. Investigators say he also had more than 600 images of child pornography on his computer and accessories, which were seized from his residence in February 2012.
