Study: Michael Vick Most Disliked Player In The NFL

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Michael Vick is a little more liked in Philadelphia than he was on Saturday. After Nick Foles' poor performance in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys, Eagles fans are itching for Vick to get back behind center.

But overall, Michael Vick seems to be a pretty unpopular guy.

According to a study by E-Poll Market Research for Forbes Magazine, Michael Vick is the most disliked player in the NFL.

"We counted only currently active NFL players whose awareness registered a minimum of 10% with the public," Forbes writes. "According to the E-Poll numbers, 53% of respondents expressed dislike for Vick. He may not be sweating it too much, though. Vick has rolled up quite a few endorsements during his comeback, including a return engagement with Nike. Yes – at least football fans are ok with him."

Vick's popularity in Philadelphia seems to be directly related to his play. During Vick's MVP run in 2010, it would have been hard to find a more popular player in the city.

He of the fake girlfriend, Manti Te'o came in right behind Vick as the second most disliked. Te'o was followed by Detroit Lions lineman Ndamkong Suh, and Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
