Police: 2 High School Students Arrested For Allegedly Stealing Teacher’s Car, Purse

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Two students at Fels High School are under arrest and being charged with stealing a teacher’s purse and her car Friday afternoon.

Northeast Detectives say the students didn’t get too far. It was about 2 p.m. when they were stopped by police near the intersection of Loretto and Longshore in the city’s Oxford Circle section.

Both are facing theft and several other related offenses. Their names have not been released.

The teacher was not hurt.
