Police: Customer's iPhone Stolen At Gloucester Township Target Store

GLOUCESTER Twp., N.J., (CBS) – Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect wanted in connection with a theft of a customer's iPhone at a Target store in Gloucester Township.

The incident happened on Friday, September 20 at about 7:55 p.m. at the Target store on Cross Keys Road.

Gloucester Township Police say a customer sat his iPhone on a counter while trying on headphones, and accidentally left it behind. About five minutes later, police allege the suspect, also trying on headphones, located the victim's iPhone. After inspecting the phone, police say she conceals it into her handbag and later leaves the store.

The suspect is described as a white female, approximately early to mid 20's, with long dark hair, wearing glasses, a green dress, black sweater, and carrying a large tan handbag. Police say she was last seen in an unknown make or model red sedan.
