Arrest Made In Murder Of Woman Found In Woods Along Rt. 206

TABERNACLE, N.J. (CBS)—Detectives from the New Jersey State Police have made an arrest in the murder of 47-year-old Lisa Armstrong, of Trenton.

Terrance Patterson, 37, has been arrested and charged with murder and felony murder kidnapping in the death of Armstrong.

On October 8th, detectives began an investigation into the death of Armstrong, whose body was found in the woods along Rt. 206 in Tabernacle.

Evidence indicates that Armstrong was shot and killed at the location where she was found and the murder likely took place within 24 hours of her discovery.

A judge has set bail for Patterson at $1,000,000. A motive remains under investigation.
