PHILADELPHIA, Pa. (CBS) -- Now that it's October, it's time for the 13th annual Harvest Festival at Reading Terminal Market. Co-organizer Vinnie Iovine (top photo) says the festival takes place this Saturday, October 12th, on Filbert Street, alongside the Reading Terminal Market.
"We literally transform Filbert Street -- you walk down, you feel like you're at a farm!" he says. "There's bales of hay, there's cornstalks, we have a whole pumpkin patch display, and upwards of 13 or 15 merchants from the market are coming outside. And I'll be on the tractor all day, going around the block, giving free hayrides."

Taqueria Feliz comes to Main Street in Manayunk at the middle of this month. Lucio Palazzo says this new taco restaurant is scheduled to open October 18th.
"It is really like all your like mainstay tacos," he tells What's Cooking. "There's gonna be carnita, a tinga, there's gonna be an al pastor, an Ensanada-style fish taco. We're gonna do al suadero with brisket, and there will be a few more as well."

And Nick Farina, of Verdad Restaurant, is also delving into taco cuisine with his new Union Taco, 712 Girard Avenue, at the Northern Liberties-Fishtown border.
----
"We serve tacos, tortas -- which are a traditional Mexican street sandwich -- and we have our flatbreads," he says.
