Man Arrested After Attempted Break-In At Old City School

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A suspect was arrested after police say he tried to break into a school in Philadelphia early Monday morning.
The incident happened at about 4 a.m. at the Mastery Charter School's Lenfest Campus on S. 4th Street in Old City.
According to investigators, the suspect attempted to break into the school and in the process, he set off burglary and fire alarms.
Police arrived to the scene and the suspect was taken into custody. The identity of the suspect was not immediately released.
The incident remains under investigation.
