Camden County Woman Convicted Of Stabbing Boyfriend

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — A southern New Jersey woman has been convicted of murder for stabbing her boyfriend during an argument over where she should live at college in September 2010.

A Camden County jury convicted 22-year-old Paige Pfefferle Thursday of murder, weapons offenses and hindering apprehension in the death of 21-year-old Matthew Hus.

She'll face at least 30 years in prison and could get a life sentence during a hearing scheduled for Nov. 15.

Authorities say the two argued over whether Pfefferle should live at LaSalle University, where she was a student, or with her parents in Audubon Park before stabbing her boyfriend with a knife from her parents' kitchen.

She had said that the stabbing was accidental.
