Philly Homeowner Takes Robber’s Gun, Shoots Him With It

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia police say a brave homeowner wrestled a gun away from a would-be robber this afternoon and shot him with it.
It happened about 1:30pm today in a home near Sylvester and Pratt Streets, in the Frankford section of the city.
Police say two men entered the house wearing hoodies, both armed with handguns. The homeowner was able to get the gun away from one of the men and shot him.
The two suspects fled. Police say one of the men left a trail of blood down a nearby alleyway.
Nothing was taken in the robbery attempt. Police were searching for the suspects.
