Mexican Independence Day Fiesta

Viva Mexico!

The 203rd celebration of Mexican Independence will take place on, Sunday, September 15th from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in commemoration of the date when Father Miguel Hidalgo declared independence from Spanish domination 203 years ago! This celebration preserves the values and ideals that shaped the Mexican nation.

The free Fiesta will take place on the Great Plaza at Penn's Landing, located on Columbus Boulevard at Chestnut Street. This festival is part of the 2013 PECO Multicultural Series at Penn's Landing.
