Eagles Fans Offer Slogans For The Chip Kelly Era
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – To say Eagles fans are excited for the start of the season, which officially happens on Monday night against Washington, would be an understatement.
The first season in nearly a decade and a half without Andy Reid at the helm has brought a new energy and excitement to the players, the media, and to the fans.
The WIP Morning Show decided on Wednesday that they need a name for that excitement. They asked listeners for a motto for the Chip Kelly led-Eagles.
The winning slogan, which came from a WIP caller was "The 2013 Eagles, We've Got a Chip On Our Shoulder."
Keith Jones of the WIP Morning Show's contribution was, "The 2013 Eagles, Chip Happens!" Joe Conklin, also a part of the WIP Morning Show's idea was, "Come out and mingle, our coach is single!"
