Camden County Man Arrested For Leaving Toddler In Car At Municipal Building
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Police in Gloucester Township have arrested a father for leaving his daughter in a locked car outside of a municipal building Tuesday afternoon.
According to investigators, the crying child was found by Gloucester Township Police around noon. The police were able to remove the child from the vehicle and take her to a local hospital.
The father, 38-year-old James Hernandez, was arrested after exiting the municipal building. He is charged with Creating a Hazardous or Dangerous Condition. A court date is pending.
