Police: Man Tosses Cat Out Second-Story Window During Fight

BANGOR, Pa., (CBS) – Police say a Northampton County man tossed his girlfriend's cat out of a second-story window during a fight with her.

The incident happened Monday at about 5:30 p.m. at an apartment building on the unit block of S. 2nd Street in Bangor.

According to Bangor police, 20-year-old William Zachary Oneill, was arguing with his girlfriend when he allegedly threw the cat out of the window.

Police said Oneill was cited for cruelty to animals and disorderly conduct.

Police were not able to give further details on the condition of the cat.
