Suspects As Young As 12 Years Old Caught On Tape Burglarizing Logan Rite Aid

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police are searching for three suspects, some as young as 12-years-old, who were caught on tape stealing cookies and soda from a pharmacy.

The incident happened shortly before midnight at the Rite Aid store in the 1300 block of Windrim Avenue in the city's Logan section.

The suspects were caught on surveillance video gaining access to the Rite Aid by forcing open a rear bay door.

Once inside, the suspects stole several six packs of soda and cookies valued at $30. The suspects then ran out of the store.

Suspect #1 is described as a light-complected Black or Latino male, approximately 5'0" with a thin build and between 12 to 14-years-old. He was wearing a red/white horizontal striped shirt and dark-colored jeans.

Suspect #2 is described as a dark-complected Black male, between 5'3″-5'5″, with a thin build and between 12 to 15-years-old. He was wearing camouflaged colored shorts and carrying a blue/black and red horizontal striped shirt.

Suspect #3 is described as a medium-complected Black male between 5'8″-5'10″, with a thin build and between 14 to 16-years-old. He was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored pants.
