Man In Critical Condition After Shooting In Northeast Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A man is in critical condition after being shot in Northeast Philadelphia late Tuesday night.

The shooting happened shortly after 11 p.m. in the 4500 block of Enfield Avenue in the city's Holmesburg section.

According to investigators, a 21-year-old male was shot several times and was rushed to Aria Health's Torresdale Hospital in critical condition.

So far, no arrests have been made and a motive was not immediately known.

The shooting remains under police investigation.
