LANCASTER, Pa. (CBS) – A hilarious Craigslist ad allegedly out of Pennsylvania is making the rounds on the internet.
The ad, which offers a room for rent on East Fulton Street in Lancaster, starts off relatively typical, making note that the rental is located in "a nice, quiet home in a quiet area of town," but quickly delves into some priceless details.
For example, your room comes "ghost and demon free," and the owner promises not to take pictures of you while you sleep…unless, of course, you're Mila Kunis, "in which case I will be installing 24/7 spy cams in your room."
Yikes.
The poster of the ad also makes repeated requests that his/her new roommate not do heroin:
"Things I like:
Anime
Video Games
The occasional beer
Not doing heroin
Things you should like:
A clean house
Not doing heroin"
The room comes with "your very own door," plus a lock and a key ("how modern!"), and at $500 a month, it's a real steal.
As long as you don't do heroin, of course.
